Data Security

The 'My Bakcell' service is owned by Bakcell, and the data security of subscribers using this service is of great importance to Bakcell. The personal information of registered and future subscribers is seriously protected by Bakcell as a mobile operator and will continue to be protected. Therefore, it is unacceptable for the subscriber to disclose the password to another person. In the event of the password being given to a third party within the framework of the 'My Bakcell' service or obtained by another person when using the subscriber's number, the responsibility for the disclosure of subscriber information and actions taken lies solely with the subscriber. It is essential for the subscriber to familiarize themselves with the terms and conditions of the services provided through self-service channels. The following rules and terms include the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the services provided through the 'My Bakcell' service by Bakcell.

Subscriber Responsibilities

By accepting these rules and terms, the subscriber acknowledges that they are the only authorized person for the information they will receive through the 'My Bakcell' service and the operations they will perform. The subscriber confirms that every operation performed within the framework of the services provided by Bakcell is personally carried out, assumes personal responsibility for the use of the service, refrains from denying the statement 'not used by me' for operations carried out using the password, disclaims Bakcell's responsibility for the investigation in case the password is memorized by another person, acknowledges personal responsibility for any damage caused by the use of the password by a third party, takes necessary measures to keep the password confidential, and confirms that Bakcell is not responsible for any of the situations mentioned above. The code provided during registration for the 'My Bakcell' service and the information requested or provided during the use of services are considered as the password.

Terms Conditions

1. Bakcell does not guarantee the continuous provision of services through its self-service channel, reserves the right to change the terms of the services later, and retains the right to suspend the services.

2. In case of violation of these rules and terms, misuse or improper use of services, and violation of security measures by the user, Bakcell may cancel the subscriber's password and may suspend the provision of the relevant services without prior notice.

3. Bakcell is not responsible for the disclosure of subscriber's personal information due to the deliberate or careless disclosure of the respective password during the provision of these services.

4. If the subscriber suspects the use of their password by a third party, they can apply to Bakcell to stop the provision of these services.

5. Bakcell is not responsible for the non-provision of the 'My Bakcell' service due to any technological problems beyond its control.

6. Bakcell reserves the right to unilaterally change these rules and terms in the future, as well as to terminate or suspend the 'My Bakcell' service.

7. Bakcell is responsible for the transfer of subscriber information to third parties if Bakcell does not take the necessary information security measures.
